Details:
* WHAT...Wintry mix precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
1 to 3 inches with locally 3 to 4 inches in the southern Greens
and parts of the foothills of the southern Adirondacks. Total ice
accumulations around one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, the Lake
George Saratoga region of eastern New York, and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...From noon Tuesday to 5 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will likely impact today's evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow overspreads the region late this
morning into this afternoon from south to north, becoming steady
for a period before mixing with sleet and freezing rain late this
afternoon into this evening. Precipitation will taper off by early
Wednesday morning.
